Lent has just begun for those that practice Catholicism. Lent began on Wednesday, February 18th and will last through Thursday, April 2nd, right before Easter Sunday. During Lent, Catholics give up eating meat like chicken and beef on Fridays. So in light of that I figured I’d share some meatless meals for those who practice Lent. Although, some of these are pretty stinkin’ tasty, so I might have to try some of these myself.
