This week is all Paleo! I need to get better at taking pictures but after I cook all this tasty food, I just want to eat it. True story!
Do you create weekly meal plans? I wasn’t very good at being consistent with it, but we seem to be sticking with it now which is fabulous!
So we only choose 5 meals for me to cook because Chad cooks one day and we either eat leftovers or order out one day a week. With that said, let’s jump in!
Foodie Friday – Paleo Food Week
Slow Cooker Cheater Pork Stew – I have never had a Pork Stew before so this will definitely be interesting. We shall see how it goes – it does look yummy, doesn’t it?
Sundried Tomato Pesto Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf Rounds – Yes, this sounds odd, but I bet it will be oddly delicious. I am not a fan of tomatoes but Chad and the kids love them so hopefully they will like it.
Paleo Coconut Chili Lime Shrimp – I can guarantee Chad will love this. I bet his butt will be on fire afterward, but he will absolutely love this. It might be a little spicy for the kids, so I’ll probably make soup for them as back up.
Chicken Bacon Rice Bowl – Who loves bacon? This girl right here! Well I love chicken and bacon and putting them together, is…. heaven!
So those are my meals for the week. I’ll go grocery shopping tomorrow to get what we need, but I am excited to try some of these amazing new meals!
