So today is day one of the get fit fitness challenge. I am excited that I get to help you rock your body and feel good again!
Each day I’ll have a new workout. It might be a video I found that will challenge us or it might be a workout I create. No matter what, you will get some movement in your body and you will absolutely love it (ok, maybe not at first – BUT you will thank me later).
Day 1: Get Fit Challenge – Pop Pilates To Blast The Fat
My assistant found this video and asked me to do it with her. I did it yesterday and let me tell you I BARELY made it through. Like seriously, I thought I was going to die. You know what? I didn’t. I rocked it like I’d rock a plate of spaghetti at Olive Garden. True story.

You can do this and just imagine how you will feel when you are done. Yeah you might hurt a little but you just pushed your body more than I bet you thought you could.
