So this is day 2 of the get fit challenge. I’m sorry that it is going out a little later today, work has been CRAZY!
I know that you want to push yourself and I know that you’re going to hate me, but trust me, you will love this! I’ve added videos of the exercises too so that you can see how you do each one. They are definitely not super duper hard but trust me, you will feel it when you’re done with all the exercises.
