Today is Day 3 of the Fitness Challenge! How are you doing so far? I’m actually listening to my body!
I had SO MUCH work to do last night and my body was telling me I needed to shut that ish down. So instead of drinking a Rockstar and plugging away, I listened to my body and I fell asleep reading before 10pm and I didn’t even wake up until 7:45am this morning. I wanted to get up and do my meditation before my day started but clearly my body needed more TLC (in the form of snoring and snuggling under warm blankets). The kids go to daycare in an hour so I’ll do my meditation then.
If I didn’t listen to my body, I think I’d be a huge grump today and exhausted. So take note ladies (and a few gents) to really listen to what your body & mind needs.
