Today is Day 4 of the Fitness Challenge and we are going to stretch those muscles ladies! I don’t have something profound to say or something motivational to say. My body is feeling the burn and I wish I could take a nap but I’m going to rock through this workout because I know you’re going to do the same!
2 Days a week we will have “light” workouts like Yoga or Pilates and then we will work on other stuff for 4 days a week and Sunday is our off day 🙂
